2. How many learners can take the online Learning courses?
Anywhere, from single individual learners to 10,000's of learners. There is no limit to the number of learners who can complete our SaaS online courses.
3. How is the training delivered?
Courses are delivered as online eLearning and accessible via a web browser. Live trainer course are also available.
4. What if learners have problems accessing the course?
Most users will have no issue accessing courses. Users may contact the TrustNet Training Team helpdesk to resolve any technical issues.
5. How do users get access to courses?
Once the course site is setup the TrustNet Training Team works with the Clients administrators to upload users' email ID's. This is accomplished in bulk or individually. The TrustNet helpdesk is available to resolve any technical issues.
6. Can we get reports on who has completed the course?
Yes. The TrustNet training team provides training to eLearning administrators including creation and viewing several statistical reports.
7. How much does each course cost?

9. What is a passing grade for the quizzes?
Users must achieve a minimum of 80% to score a passing grade. Learners have the opportunity to retake questions, before moving onto a new section.
10. What if a learner fails a course?
If a learner achieves less that 80% passing grade we recommend that learners retake the quiz until a passing grade is achieved.
